Critic Reviews Mukunda Murari

  • Times of India | Review By -Sunayana Suresh Rating-7/10
The film is rich in its making, but for some shoddy VFX, and has a good cast apart from the leads. This film fits that festive entertainer tag well and makes for a good family outing for the long weekend. Director Nanda continues his Midas touch run.

  • Bangalore Mirror | Review By -Shyam Prasad S Rating-6/10
Whatever the economic reasons of making this film, the content is something that is very relevant to the social situation today, supercharged with organised religions. For this reason alone, it is a bold film and the makers deserve appreciation.

Finally, it ends up being a film that thrashes god men and our blind belief in religion. But it had the opportunity to do more. It could have questioned god, his existence, and his relevance. Also, the film is a bit too dramatized for my liking.
