  • Times of India | Review By -Sunayana Suresh Rating-8/10
The film might seem to be a couple of minutes too long at times, but it doesn't really matter, since most films of this genre require that extra time to build that familiarity in the minds of the audience. Go ahead, watch this film and relive nostalgia from your college days.

  • Bangalore Mirror | Review By -Shyam Prasad S Rating-7/10
Director Rishab Shetty manages to derive lively and realistic performances from all actors. There is attention to detail but without forcing anything. KP is a film to party with friends. Haven’t you booked your tickets yet?

  • Deccan Herald | Review By -S Viswanath Rating-6/10
What is infuriating is that Rishab Shetty Rishab believes bunking classes, copying in exams, throwing tantrums at teachers and principal, whistling and wolfing at campus girls, invading hostels and downing pegs are meatier than the realistic depiction of what constitutes a student’s life.

One cannot help but marvel at the timing of the release. The film with its search for closure, introspection and nostalgia fits right in with the end of the year season and mood.

  • Cine Sinchana | Review By -Raju Shanbhag Rating-5/10
Kirik Party has a cute little film about college life. The wooing, the petty fights and that carefree and happy go lucky hostel years which are priceless add to the cuteness quotient. But it’s also a film which, like its characters, hangs on to its adolescence and refuses to grow.

The film is also very absorbing, despite running for nearly three hours, because it makes a genuine effort at giving old staples a new twist...just watch how the film choreographs its fight sequences.
