  • Times of India | Review By -M Suganth Rating-4/10
Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal feels like a spiritual cousin to Kappal, which released a couple of years ago. There are other elements that feel similar — comedy that is low and broad, lines that are misogynist but passed off as humour and ‘advice’, and a tone that is jarring.

The plot is not novel, the script is shoddy and, in the end, Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal, seems like a hurriedly assembled piece of work. All jumbled up.

Rajhendran tries hard to evoke laughter with his oft-repeated mannerisms. Santhanam and Anjali appear in cameo roles and they impress. The major problem is the slow pace with which every scene unfolds, making for a predictable plot.
